exemplary customer service
Zanele Mhlambi from the CEO escalations for her excellent customer service. It is a 5 star. Always resolving my queries and very helpful, understanding, approachable, kind. Zanele is an exemplary example on customer service, wish the call centre agents can have the same disposition and provide such customer care. She is an asset to multichoice and deserves to be promoted.
