Execellent Customer Service

Just a token of appreciation to the lady named Nomandla from Cape Town branch ***). I called earlier in the morning for reconnection but the 2 ladies that I spoke with did not show any willingness to assist me even thou my account was paid. I then tried calling for the 3rd time, Nomandla went over and above, made sure my issue was resolved and was very friendly. For the past 10 years of being a loyal DSTV customer I've never experienced such an excellent customer service. She is a true ambassador of Multichoice. A job well-done to the lady. She managed to changed my perception about the company and its customer service.

A very respectful, calm and with excellent telephone etiquette.
