Excessive Billing
On the 27/11/2015 I paid R911, switched off the standalone decoder and continued with extra view on Premium package. On the 11/ 01/2016 I paid in R140 on top of R372 and called to be switched on compact. Today my account is at R1016. Would they please explain how on earth they got to that amount, despite the extra view being on Compact since 01/01/2016 and a standalone being switched back on on the 11/01/2016?
