Excess Fees

Terrible. Dstv is billing me August service on the July bill that was already paid. How do you bill me on an amount that has already been paid, excess amounts at that? You must know that we pay for your services and we don't get them freely and if you think you'll rob us of our monies then your agents will tell us about your systems, you have other things coming. You're the 1st company to have and use systems. I'll scan every cent I pay and you'll account what it's for, otherwise it'll not be paid.
