Exceptional service from Xolani

I have had a problem for 3 months with my xtra view which was not working and every consultant I ever spoke to has escalated my problem to someone else and that person could never fix my problem. I decided to follow up on my latest escalation and spoke to a Xolani Makamu who said she will try something different. She took her time trying to fix my issue, keeping me informed of what she was doing, something nobody else took the time to do. She fixed my issue with Xtraview, its working great. Xolani this was exceptional service, you made tremendous effort to sort out my issue instead of passing it on, you deserve an increase and a bonus for going the extra mile
