Exceptional Service from Trymore Nyathi - A Rare Gem in Customer Care!

I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Trymore Nyathi from the Multichoice CEO Office for delivering the absolute best customer care experience I have ever encountered. In today’s world, service often takes a back seat, and it sometimes feels like people just don’t care anymore. But Trymore has truly set a high standard.

Since October 14th, we had been struggling with Multichoice’s call center to process a change of ownership. Despite repeated attempts, we were sent the wrong documents multiple times, and nobody took the initiative to escalate or resolve our query. Out of pure desperation, I reached out to the CEO Office today, feeling completely fed up. Thankfully, I was connected with Trymore. After explaining the situation to her, she immediately took charge, and within an hour, everything was sorted out.

Trymore, thank you for going the extra mile! Multichoice is incredibly lucky to have such a dedicated and compassionate professional on their team. If only more people in customer care could embody her dedication and integrity.
