Exceptional service from Nosipho Hlophe

I would like to give Nosipho Hlophe a recognition. I called several times and different agent telling me different stories some saying I'm on contract and some couldn't explain the transactions on the invoice etc. They all failed even the guy who tried to put me on contract for 24 months, but Nosipho was patient and gave explanations which were in line with the invoice and also sold me a 24 month contract giving me R85 discount. Nosipho was exceptional. I was extremely happy with her service and giving credit were is due. Thank you for doing your job to your best ability Nosipho. Shalom!
