I called and spoke to Masingita Kubayi regarding a change of ownership for a decoder. She was so polite and willing to assist. She knows her stuff as she even walked me through the process.

Most of the times I call DSTV i get bad service from them. Masingita really changed my perception of DSTV. If all DSTV staff was like her then your organisation would have been world class!
