Exceptional Service

<p>My remote was not syncing to my decoder and kept on giving me an error message. I was told by 5 or 6 different consultants that i should take my decoder to a DSTV store and everytime i did, it never got fixed until a gentleman by the name of Thulani Mhlakaza came to my rescue. Little did i and the 6 other consultants know that there was just an error in my settings. Thulani took me through it step by step with a friendly attitude and he was very patient with me. I had also enquired about the explora, again 5 to 6 times with no help. Thulani yet again helped me and gave me a sense of assurance. </p> <p> </p> <p>Give that man a raise !! </p> <p> </p> <p>Thank You Thulani Mhlakaza:) </p>
