Exceptional Service
I had some trouble with the first consultant I spoke to. I terminated the call and requested to speak to a supervisor. A lady took the call by the name of Thandeka Mazibuko. She was patient, clear, confident and extremely helpful. At the end of the call I was happy and assisted. Thank you Thandeka for your exceptional assistance. Keep up the great service!!!
