Exceptional poor service and broken promises

<p>Phoned the nr ********** 222 on 16 occassions requesting for the price lock explora deal. I was promised each and every time that somebody will phone me within 24 to 48 hours. When following up, the arrogance I had to deal with and the absolute rudeness was beyond anything experienced before. Apparently all calls are recorded, then they should be able to hear the broken promises and poor service on the recordings. </p> <p> </p> <p>Secondly my pvr decoder showed an error "eb1" on which the person on the other side of the line said to me that the decoder is broken and that it will cost R760 to repair or otherwise I will have to get a new explora. Please request the recording of that conversation, it will be as clear as daylight that these were the facts given to me. But surprisingly I went to a multichoice dealer today and they did a 45 minute upgrade, which cost me nothing, and now the pvr is 100% again. How is it posdible for people to spread blatant lies, that cost people money, and still get away with it.</p> <p> </p> <p>is this not *****?</p>
