Exceptional customer service still exists!!!

We mostly take time to review bad service and express our frustrations but we hardly take time to write about good service. If I say good It would be an understatement, Ashleigh Thomas gave me exceptional service. 2 of her colleagues responded to my request Tania Tamsana and Nomathamsanqa Nongauza, and they both said they could not help me. What was supprising is that later that day I received a call from Ashleigh saying my request has been done! She did not respond to my email, she called me, offered me a better package and email offered insurance. This is the definition of exceptional customer service. You made my day!
