Exceptional customer service

Last month l went to DSTV branch in Durban Central -KZN had been having technical difficulties with our satellite dish...spoke to Mlungisi at counter 11 whom was very friendly efficient and well informed with his product knowledge also giving us a great deal promotion offer on Explora. Within a day the installer came and installed the new dish and decoder since then (last month) we have never had any technical signal problems. Thank you so much Mlungisi for your great smile.. efficient, prompt and well informed great customer service...my father whom is a pensioner is really enjoying the catch up ...pause and rewind on sports and news. As well as offering the debit order payments for him has made life simple...thank you for going above and beyond our expectations...
