Excellent Staff

<p>This is not a compliment to DSTV as such, as we called in because of errors on DSTVs part and not of fault of our own. I wont say what the issues were, because they were resolved with your brilliant staff.</p> <p>I do not remember their names as I was really frustrated over the situation. I was quite rude to the lady that assisted me first and I do feel terrible about this. She was absolutely professional in her dealing with this horrible customer on the other side of the phone. I apologised afterwards and thanked her for her patience and kindness.</p> <p>My husband then spoke to 2 other gents, who were also both brilliant.</p> <p>I would appreciate it you could check our account for the details of the staff we spoke to, and kindly relay our appreciation to them. <br />You should feel very proud to have such professional staff.</p> <p>So please thank them on our behalf.</p> <p> </p>
