EXCELLENT SERVICE- Thembi, Emmaculate and team

I would like to thank Thembi and Emmaculate for their friendly and professional service at the call centre. I spoke to two other people who were also very friendly as I was cut off 4 times due to poor network on my side. I was also impressed by Thembi who called back even though my phone number is not registered on DSTV.

Additions, Im very happy with the turnaround time of the resolution enquiry. The holding time was also a breeze which made calling back less frustrating. Keep up the good work. Love to see it!
