EXCELLENT SERVICE RECEIVED FROM SEBENZILE NTULI

We ordered the Wi-Fi Router, the instruction were that upon delivery the driver will request the ID and Proof of residence however the driver dropped the package and left, we then tried to follow the instructions on the page but It was still showing an error sign. We opted to contact the contact center and a lady called Sebenzile Ntuli gave us an exceptional service, she is the reason why am writing this review. can the Team Leaders, Supervisors and Managers give this lady an Award for a super service, I was really upset when I called but I was smiling at the end of my call. To you Sebenzile keep up the good work, you are the true meaning of client service consultant. You are such a star, I went to bed last night and my router was working, activated and all.
