EXCELLENT SERVICE MUST BE RECOGNISED

1. Am so glad i found a platform where i can express how i feel after receiving the best service from two consultants. I have been changing phones and since early last year I have been having problems with my DSTV App, I contacted multichoice so many times but no help received, so I decided to download the app again I don't know where I pressed but I got to chat with a consultant by the name Aviwe he/she gave me the best service money can buy, my app worked within few seconds he/she knew exactly what to do.. Managers, Senior Manager, Directors etc please do recognise him or her after so many years of struggle.

2. I sent an email to debitorder@multichoice and requested to be called back , a very friendly, people's person consultant called me her name is Maseroke (sorry for mispelling) she gave the best service....

Am writing this review to say Thank you so much for both of these consultants . I really appreciate the way you both handle my queries. I will forever be grateful.
