I contacted Multichoice to request a service and my call was directed to an agent who went beyond her call of duty she checked my account as I also queried an additional R100 on my account, upon me confirming that the error on Multichoice side, reversed the extra fees added which is something that was supposed to have been done in August already. Mbali , you made my call a pleasant one today not just by the reversal of fees however your overall attitude on our call. Keep it up.
