Excellent Service - Khanyi from DSTV Call Centre

After 4 different interactions with DSTV support, I finally spoke to Khanyi (If I can recall correctly) on 22-03-2022 at 09:09. She was the only one who was able to assist me and she even called me back at 09:42 with updates on my query. Its unfortunate that none of the other people I spoke to previously assisted me. Only Khanyi took the time to understand my DSTV streaming query and she resolved it.
