Excellent service from Ongeziwe at DSTV

I phoned in to DSTV yesterday with a query re a decoder transfer. Was helped by Ongeziwe from the Durban call centre. She was very efficient and professional. Got my issue resolved within minutes. As I have previous negative communication with DSTV this was a such a nice surprise. Thank you so much for your help. It is much appreciated.
