For weeks, we faced a frustrating issue with logging into the DSTV Stream app on my daughter's phone. Despite multiple visits to the local DSTV office in George, numerous calls to the Multichoice/DSTV Call Centre, and even consulting our cellphone provider, the problem remained unresolved.Thankfully, I decided to email DSTV Customer Care, and Jacqueline stepped in to assist us. She tirelessly exchanged emails with us, suggesting various solutions until she eventually found the right one.
