EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM DUMISANI!!

I was experiencing major issues with my DSTV, it wasn’t working at all and I was completely clueless on how to fix my dilemma at 7pm at night. I called your MultiChoice customer call centre at N1 City and spoke to Dumisani who was absolutely wonderful. He was patient and took the time to listen to my problem and calm me down in the process as I was really upset and frustrated with myself as I had no idea how to fix my situation. He sat on the phone with me for a good 15mins and assisted me with my issue and at the end of the call my Dstv was up and running with ease! I am absolutely taken back by the remarkable service I received. It’s extremely rare to find good customer service, and Dumisani is a real gem and an asset to your business.
