Obtained new Explora Model 3a decoder which doesn't have RF in and RF out ports to link extraview heartbeat. Initially spoke to a gentleman who insisted that I required a qualified Installer, obviously at considerable cost to me. Phoned again and spoke to a lady (unfortunately didn't get her name) who was extremely helpful and patient and solved my problem within 10 minutes online.
