EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM AMANDA
This rating is based on the excellent service received from Amanda Foster. The professionalism in which she handled my query was exceptional - now that is the kind of customer service clients should receive. Maybe a training session should be conducted by Amanda to school the rest (all those agents that cut the call on me). Thanks again Amanda.
