Excellent service

Good day

I recently interacted with your call centre and the service was really pathetic. The guy didnt know what he was up to, in a already frustrating situation that didnt help me.

So you got to understand that by the time I got to the live chat I was already unhappy, I got to the live chat and dealt with Thabiso Magagula.

This guy was absolutely brilliant from the get go!

Now usually with customers we are quick to pounce on people giving us bad service but never quick to compliment good service and this guy gave me brilliant service, I appreciate the manner on which he dealt with me and found quick solutions to my problems, he also calmed me down with the manner in which he handled my questions and queries with him.

I'd like to thank this gentleman for the excellent manner and excellent service.
