excellent service

I would like to thank Tebogo and Sachin on their way they handled my complaint. A 5 star service. Wish other staff members including management can render such service. Their understating, patience is highly appreciated. They even kept me in the loop by providing regular feedback. Usually management and staff promise to get back but do not. Hope the DSTV help desk has improved and one person liase with a customer.
