Excellent service

I have been calling for the past 3 days to get assistance after a consultant mistakenly removed the extra view on my decoder whrn i was just enquiring. She then relinked it but to my suprise the decoder did not work anymore, iphoned in again and explained the issue the consultant told me that i need to constact an installer since she cant help me. But today i phoned in and spoke to siphosethu, she was able to assist in a few minutes and my decoder was on again. We need more consultants like siphosethu at multi choice
