I want to personally thanked "Andile Mahambana" for his excellent service he provided. He called me 3 to 4 times trying to fix the ongoing problem I had for the past two weeks. I called in numerous times, so did the installer they suggested I get, we ere send from pillar to post and the agents just said they don't know what the problem is, or what to do. I was referred to the installer over and over again, yet he was speaking to DSTV agents (call centre) as well without any success.

I have loaded an ICASA complaint as well as Hallo Peter... I wanted to close and cancel my account...

After the excellent professional service I received from the mentioned agent, I will keep my DSTV account and would like to close the complaints. Please can you give me the agents name I spoke to at 14h36P, he called from ***. I would like to mention him in my communication to ensure he gets the thanks he deserves, he is a real asset to Multichoice. You can check how many staff did try to assist with no avail, he attends to my query efficiently and professionally and SOLVED my problem at once...
