Hi. On the 20th of March, just recently I had the pleasure of interacting with Thato Kosa on the live chat option. I realise I prefer this option when I deal with DStv, it's a lot better for me than calling. Anyway back to the reason why am posting, I just wanted to say a note of thank you for actually helping me out set up my ultra decoder.
