Excellent service from Tebatso Nkwana counter 38 Multichoice Centre in Randburg. She deserves a promotion considering that I made calls of over 4 hours to various call center agents and drove 3 times to the Randburg as well as Umhlanga centers in 2 weeks and still I could not be assisted is testament to my glowing tribute she's a real asset to the company. The same unfortunately can't be said about the other clueless and shameful individuals who treated me scornfully.
