Excellent service by AA roadside assistance

I have motor vehicle insurance with both AA and Dot.sure. Therefore I get free roadside assistance with AA. In a space of three weeks I needed assistance with all 3 of my vehicles. I experienced a smoking engine and 2 flat tyres. On each of the occasions AA arrived on site within 20 minutes. The call centre agent as well as the technician were all so helpful. Please keep in mind that they were all different people. AA sent me a link to track the technician. When the service was done I received a sms requesting me to confirm that it was done. And finally I received a call from AA asking me if I was assisted and if I was satisfied. I wish to say thank you and I am grateful for the excellent service and the attention to detail that AA have given me.
