Excellent service
I recently had the misfortune of being done in by an unauthorized DsTv installer. Langutelani Baloyi from Multichoice not only took my complaint by heart, he went the extra mile to see that my problem was solved. During the process he must've called me back about 5 times until my problem was solved. Thank you Langutelani.
I also need to mention the assistance and follow up by the field technician named Lebo. Once again he was persistent in solving my problem and didn't hesitate to follow up a few times, even after my problem was solved.
THANK YOU MULTICHOICE! WITH STAFF LIKE LANGUTELANI AND LEBO I'LL FOREVER REMAIN A LOYAL CUSTOMER !!!
