Excellent Service

Amazing character the lady was! I can classify it as the best service I have got this year. To me manners matter most and this lady has a lot. I walked in with my decoder under insurance, apparently was the second experience after a horrible one in Middelburg! The system still said I had to pay, but this lady went an extra mile checked everything and saw I was insured for a long time. She got onto the phone with Multichoice , I followed the conversation and to my surprise she seemed more informed on the procedures to be followed than the fellow at the other end! She requested an email to be sent to her so that she could exchange my decorder. Though it took a long time because of the part at the other end it was really worth it! Thank you Sonic Vision for having such a great player in your team. People like Hlengiwe really make a difference in customer service!
