I would just like to commend Multichoice on the excellent customer care service that they provide. They processed a change of ownership following a death in the family without delay. Further to this, the confirmation email they sent expressed their condolences, which at time like that was ectremely appreaciated and thoughtful. Since then I have made account enquiries and they have been really helpful. Thank you
