Excellent service

Today, 21 Feb 2018, l made a call to Multichoice Randburg at about 16h17 because my decoder was giving me problems. The first consultant that tried to assisst was unsuccessful and he transferred my call to what he called, the technical dept. I was very impressed by the excelleht servive l received from a lady called Mathuto Nthuping. We spent almost an hour trying to sort out the problem and each time she tried something it failed. She kept on saying to me, please be patient and made me feel comfortable by chatting about who taught her to be patient. She entually got it right, even thought l missed the latter part of the budget speech, l am glad l was handled with care as my issue was attend to.
