excellent service
I have been calling multichoice contact centre for 5 days since monday regarding my mothers Dstv compact query and no one actually helped me but they kept promising to fix the problem. Now I just called in angry and shouting but Thabang was calm and understanding. His service was outstanding, he resolved my query while explaining the reason for the problem. I'm super pleased with his service. Keep it up Thabang?
