<p>what a pleasant experience. Professional service from Nokhaya Masina. What a lovely lady. She took time to explain all the charges in full to me, she was patient and showed sympathy the whole time. What an asset! That call could've went really wrong but she calmed me down and handled it like a pro!!! She knows how to deal with peopls </p>
