<p>Just joined DSTv as a new client, and you actually get excellent servive.</p> <p> </p> <p>The process is simple and painless and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful!</p> <p> </p> <p>Everything can be done from the comfort of your home, and if you have any issues, they sort it out quickly and very effective.</p> <p> </p> <p>Other companies in SA can learn from Multichoice/DStv what customer service actually is all about, and how to keep the process painless and simple.
