Excellent product knowledge

for a while i have been struggling in resolving a double command issue on my TV. I have called through a couple of times and none of the reps were able to assist. Last night i was delighted to have my issue resolved efficiently and professionally. Kananelo Moshoeshoe knew what he was talking about, he knew what he was doing and advising on, "he had me captured" that's how confident he was and in turn i was confident my issue would be resolved.
