Excellent facebook customer service

I just want to say that I regularly contact Dstv via facebook messenger (to update details, change debit order date, enquire about programming issues etc) and whoever is working in this department is really good at customer service. They are always so friendly and efficient and when they say they have sorted something out I can rely on them because my queries as always properly resolved. This is totally different from all the issues I have had with the telephonic consultants so I just wanted to let you know to commend your facebook messenger team on excellent service!
