Excellent Customer Service rendered by Mr Tumelo Meshe

Mr Tumelo Meshe @ Multichoice Randburg . Gave an outstanding and impressive service. We called earlier on and got no help told to call an installer , but later on Mr Tumelo Meshe called us , understood our frustration as we had to now watch Dstv via lifestream, he was patient with us went step by step with us to help us correct the connection. He went extra mile to even check other services that we didn't complain about. This gentleman is an asset to this company he knows the concept of customer service . He is patient , friendly and his voice is clear even a 4year old would understand what he saying. He understands that not everyone understand all this jargon, but because his principled and customer service orientated he took his time to make one feel comfortable to communicate with.
