I would like to say a special Thank you to a staff member at DSTV named Ntando Bakubaku who assisted thru my entire process of being unhappy with the service that I've been receiving this past few months from DSTV. Ntando, I have given you a hard time but I compliment you for your professionalism.. I just so wished that majority of DSTV staff could make customer service their number one priority. I've been a DSTV customer for +/-9years and been unhappy all the time but just couldnt disconnect because of my kids. You've made me a happy customer and went the extra mile by achieving 100% customer service satisfactory. To the management and DSTV staff - take notes from Ntando his really a true example!!! Once again, Thank you very much Ntando I do appreciate all your efforts :-)
