Excellent Customer Service

I am a happy customer today after calling Multichoice and assisted by Terri-anne Premdayal, what a humble soul she is, i never met a respectful and welcoming person like her since I call dstv call center, always when I call Dstv i have to experience frustration but today i am speechless, She showed a manner of putting customer first, allowing customers to express them selves, she is a listener, she is the consultant who customers can be happy for her assistance when they call dstv, especially this difficult and trying times that we are facing she is the best consultant or Team leader what ever role that she is in she is more than the best.
