Excellent customer service

I have to commend the staff that I have dealt with at the Port Elizabeth office.

I spoke to an agent Lukhanyo Mbombo along with his manager Nako Gada. They were extremely helpful and sorted out my problem in less than 5 minutes which was going on for 10 days. I won't go into that as I don't want to take away the spotlight from these two individuals. You nearly lose a customer but their excellent customer service has made me realise there are a few good agents that you have. Please convey to them that I am grateful on a public holiday they took the time to sort out my issue.
