Excellent customer service.

I use digital in almost every business because I'm avoiding human contact/ branch walk-in's. I have a personal believe that if I do not interact with a human being I transact happily. Then yesterday digital failed me.... Ooooh boy, what now? I call in 2 different consultant who couldn't help me. I got frustrated and called got through to Paul, super friendly, he's assisted my politely, on point, efficiently. I didn't think such good customer service exits. Paul has passion with what he does, he has Ubuntu( humanity). Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I truly wishes he grows within the business. I hope you guys will empower such spirits. He would make a good trainer for new beings in the field. I really took time to write this review as it's only fair to applaud good service as much as I would've rated a poor service.
