Excellent Customer Service

As consumers we have the ability to make or break a company, and it's imperative that when we have received poor services we rate the company poorly and we also acknowledge when the company has exceeded our expectations. I just called in for the third time to have my decoder that was wrongly disconnected to be reconnected, and the lovely consultant whom I'm so terribly sorry to have missed her name, I'm generally poor with names, did an excellent job. She did not bill me additionally like the old consultants would do after the mistakenly disconnected me. This is the customer service we know you can give mutlichoice, speedy and efficient, without overcharging you loyal customers, I only feel bad now that I failed to get the consultants number. I just want to thank her for an excellent Job
