Excellent customer service

My experience with DSTV in the past month was such an excruciating experience. I had already decided to cancel my subscription. I then received a refreshing call from Matshidiso Modisane, she's such an "absolute delight". Long story short, she managed to convince me to remain with DStv. What was even more delightful is the fact that when she contacted me she had already resolved my query at the backend. The same query took over 6 days pending. She's truly an awesome person and she has made it easy for me to deal with DSTv. Thank you Matshidiso only if it were possible, Multichoice will have to "clone" your work ethic and preserve your attitude somewhere in a vault, lol. May DStv keep you and develop you such that you reach your utmost best. Indeed you have personified awesomeness.
