I would like to thank Marcia Mokoto from the Multichoice contact center who effortlessly resolved a query that I have been struggling with for months now. She was so professional and literally took all the bull she got from me, I command her on how she handle the situation and how she sticked to her commitment of providing me with feedback on the time she said she would.
