Excellent call centre service

<p>I had a problem setting up online viewing and linking my decoder. Phoned late Sunday and was helped by Luyanda Goniwe. He was incredibly patient, determined, professional in his handling of what seemed to be a complex issue on the technical side. I was very impressed and surprised by how good the service was. Give that man a raise or something cool.</p>
