Excellence from Thokozile Nemangane of Multichoice Group
Great service from Thokozile Nemangane. The expertise displayed helped resolve an ongoing issue that seemed to be hard to explain for most consultants but with Thokozile's thorough investigation into my account and her dirrect and honest feedback it has brought back my confidence in the Multichoice Group and believe the narrative of poor service is a thing of the past with such excellence.
